These CELLONIC type AA NiMH 2600mAh batteries are ideal for my Siemens Gigaset C620 DECT phone, which has regained all its great autonomy. The batteries are supplied pre-charged to around 1.28V, but the Gigaset phone operates with a charging voltage of over 1.40V. The batteries can therefore take quite a long time before the phone displays the full charge of the batteries, but after that it's perfect: these batteries manage to maintain a voltage of around 1.42V when the phone is fully charged, which gives it full autonomy. I had some old 1850mAh NiMH batteries, which gradually lost their autonomy, even though this wasn't visible on the phone's charge indicator (which suggests a deterioration in their internal resistances).
